50% deposit required to confirm booking.
Remaining balance payable prior to arrival.
Payments accepted via Visa and Maestro cards only.
Bank charges incurred during card processing must be borne by the traveler and it will be added on to the final invoice amount.
No travel insurance provided by Coneka Travels.
No liability for hospitalization, accidents, injuries, medical expenses, loss or theft of personal belongings or any unforeseen events.
Guests are advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance.

Cancellations and refund requests are accepted only if submitted more than 14 days before arrival.
A 15% administration fee will be deducted from the total amount for eligible cancellations.
No refunds for cancellations received within 14 days of arrival.
No refunds for unused services after commencement of travel.
